Silence...

Where is your voice?
What happened that you no longer speak?
How can you survive without your peace, your home?

A sacrifice, perhaps…

That, I can understand.

Perhaps we sold ourselves to the Devil, for the sake of our offspring…

Silence…

Will that be the price we pay?

Silence…

Lost of our only escape. No, maybe it’s only me that is lost of an escape.
You now take without regret and the need is satisfied through another…

I now offer myself to another, but I am left with disgust and sorrow…

Sorrow that I am so bitter…
Sorrow that I do not have what I need…

Disgust that I know I am hated…
Disgust that I am allowing myself to be used once again…

Silence…

Will that be the price we pay?

Silence…

The Silence consumes me…
